you get the news, and although you questioned whether or not this particular disease may be a result.........well, the more you knew, the more you realized that you had to know more. this is not only for you, but also for the affected. you need to have more knowledge before you can make a decision about how to proceed. in short, you want to make a well-informed decision. at least i know that's what i want. this is serious. it's about living, and it's about someone that means more to me than anyone could ever know. so, it's time you get your shit together........because there is a precious life in your hands.

........and the thing is........when you don't talk very much to begin with it's often hard to find the words, when it just so happens............to be your turn.

i remember where our journey began. i remember how i was actually the one that initiated it and pushed to keep it going. now, more than ever, i feel as if i'm the one lagging behind. it's like it's my first day of school all over again. except.....back then i wasn't as jaded. i wasn't so skeptical.
